Brighter Day (feat. Anna Teers)

One night during the corona lockdown of 2020 my little daughter and I were watching the world news on TV. The broadcast seemed to present all the horrors going on in the world. Suddenly she asks - with tears in her eyes: "But how can we live on this planet - in twenty years?“ 
I had to comfort her and assure her that future life will be possible and good, yet different - and maybe even better than today. I told her: "A brighter day will come our way!“

This is what happened. Later I sat down at my Rhodes piano and started to play some chords with these words in mind. After finishing the melody and arrangement I asked Anna Teers from NYC to write out lyrics and sing for me. I felt so happy when she told me that she was ready to record some awesome vocals. 

With this song, we wish to share some hope with you. Here comes "Brighter Day“
